This hotel had a good location near rail, bus and underground. Easy to reach most of the tourist sights. Minuses, overcrowded and cramped at breakfast, Internet and Ice dispenser "not available" and work going on at entrance and reception. Also major construction work behind hotel though soundproofing adequate. All said, a decent modern hotel we would use again. Read Less

This hotel was excellent. Room lovely with lots of nice touches you would expect to make your stay a pleasant one. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, with everything you could think of available and all beautifully cooked and well presented. Location is perfect for getting around as it is right across the road from Victoria Station. The only slight disappointment was, the one night we decided to use room service, we were advised it was not available without explanation. However, I would not let a small thing like that put me off and would quite happily recommend this hotel. Read Less
