On arriving at Euro Hotel - (Elm Road Wembley).Approx 2.15pm, We joined a queue for checking in. Customers in front told us to be prepared for a long wait, as they had been stood there for 1hour. At 3.40pm we were still stood in the queue, due to go to the 'Concert for Diana' which started at 4pm. We asked the guy on reception if there was a problem, he said not. He continued slowly taking bookings (Cash). He then stated, he now as a problem - he has no other rooms. Therefore he will move us into another hotel of his in Hounslow, 30mins away. We told him we did not have time for this as we had paid lots of money to go to the concert at Wembly stadium and taht we had been booked in snce April and he was taking cash bookings in front of us. He then told us to leave our bags and they would take us to the other hotel after the concert, showing no remorse what so ever. We arrived back to the hotel at approx. 10.30pm. where we had to wait in a crammed reception area, due to 15 other people being told they did not have a room either. We finally got transported to Hounslow at 00.40am arriving at 01.15am. We were told we had to make our own way back the next morning which incurred us further costs, buses, taxi's and rail tickets so we could get back to Kings Cross where our pre booked rail tickets stated we must travel from. So all in all this was as terrible start and end to an expensive weekend which had been planned since April and one that we had been loooking forward too. !!! Read Less

We had booked in at The Euro Wembley Hotel, in Wembley for the night of The Concert For Diana. We checked in and were told we hadn't got a room and we would be transported to another hotel after the concert. After the concert, along with at least another 10 guests, we were all driven, in a mini-bus, to a hotel in Hounslow!!. The next morning we had to make our own way back!. We found this really terrible and it seems like a regular occurance with them as they have this mini-bus service! Read Less

Absolutely horrible. We were provided a room (Room Number 11) which was just on the road side and near the stairs. Absolutely NO SLEEP due to the noise of the cars. Also, there were people going up and down the stairs the whole night. For the same price, you can get better rooms and facilities at the IBIS Wembley. If at all you are booking into the Elm hotel, ask for rooms that dont face the road. Read Less
