The hotel was nice, however, after I came in from a late evening (around 2:30 a.m.) I tried to walk my sister to the exit and found that we were locked in the hotel. We searched for an attendant for approximately twenty-five minutes and found no one. We looked all over the reception area and the whole first floor including the dining area and kitchen. All of the exits we locked. These exits included the fire exits that did not have alarms. We did not want to use those exits because we did not want to alarm other guests. We left a note on the desk and returned to my room. About twenty minutes later, the front desk attendant called the room asking if we needed to get out. When I asked him where he had been he said he had been in the restroom. I told him we checked the restrooms. When my sister went downstairs to leave, the attendant was there along with another guy who was holding a beer. I was unable to speak with management about the situation because I checked out early the next morning while the same attendant was working. Read Less
