We had two rooms booked, our room smelt of cigarettes, I was not aware there was a choice on booking the room and would of preffered a non smoking room and it was extremely small for a double, this is our third visit to this hotel and the size of room gets smaller each time we visit. we were all on the 4th floor and the lift broke down on our first evening which made it diiffucult for our other family members who had disabilities. on asking the second occasion if another room was available they were given a basement floor room. << Click here to read less

Ideally situated hotel for sightseeing and visiting the theatres. No need to use public transport everywhere accessible on foot. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the ensuite was very spacious with clean towels each day. Altogether it made for a very pleasant London break and we shall certainly stay there again. << Click here to read less

Small rooms but they were clean. Could've used more light (lamps) though. Good location relative to Pimlico and Victoria Stations. If your room faces the street there is considerable street noise until around 8 PM.
Overall a good hotel for the price. << Click here to read less

As I do travel to London from time to time I would certainly use this hotel again. However, as someone living in a very quiet neighbourhood in the Midlands, I would make sure the room would be to the back of the building away from the noisy Belgrave Road.

The distance from the coach station was very misleading it was advertised at a 6min walk but took 30. The breakfast was poor quality and an alternative egg on toast was a disgraceful #4.00 on top of an already overpriced hotel. There were no acceptable restaurant facilities so overall NO we did not have an enjoyable stay << Click here to read less

We found this hotel to be great value for money as we paid only #70 a night per double room with en suite. The hotel is on a very good road and is only a 10 minute walk to victoria station and another 5 mins to buckingham palace. Also very close to the london eye and house of commons. the room we had was of a decent size with a good en suite. it was spotless with new towels each day. The room had an iron and board, trouser press and hair dryer, tea and coffe facilities. We only had continental b/fast included but this was excellant and lots as you help yourself, you can also upgrade to a full breakfast which also looked fab.Only one problem was the radiator in the room did not work and it was cold but when we returned at 1am and informed reception 5mins later a member of staff was at the door with an electric one. The staff are very friendly and all smartly dressed. All in all an excellent place to stay in london as more often than not you get a boxroom for a higher cost.recommended << Click here to read less
