Excellent, discreet hotel in excellent location for Knightsbridge/Kensington shopping, etc.
It's more of a house than a hotel in terms of its exterior, and the staff were helpful, friendly and there only when required - less intrusive in all respects than more traditional, larger chain hotels.
The room was tastefully and tradionally decorated, and, whilst being relatively small, offered all the comforts one would expect for a #200-per-night hotel in west London.
The continental breakfast was exceptional in its content and quality, and the complimentary glass of champagne to kick start the evening was a welcome and understated touch.
Very pleased. Read Less
