We are very disturbed by the manner this hotel has advertised itself in the internet.
We booked to stay from 16th - 20th Sept and 25th - 28th Sept.
The price for a double is GBP 87 per night without breakfast. The rooms were very poor for the price we could get on the same street. The room was not cleaned and the bedsheets and bath towelswere not changed every day. Not worth the price
On the 25th Sept we checked in again as we had booked earlier through the internet but this time they gave another room on the basement Room No.2. That night my wife and I were bitten bu bed bugs all over our bodies. I am send ing you the pictures of the evidence. We had to check out and we moved to Luna Simone hotel about 2 blocks away. The price for a double was only GBP 80 including breakfast. The room was extremely cleaned and they changed our bath towels and bedsheet every day. Highly recommended.
We want to lodge a formal complaint to the Tourism Board of UK and the Ministry of Health, UK that this hotel be taken off the internet and to warn others of this hotel. Read Less

We were sent to the Park Hotel because the hotel we booked had a broken bed. Although the gentleman at the desk at the Park Hotel was very nice, the room was WAY too crowded. The bunk beds were feeble, had sharp bolts sticking out in an area where we were easily scratched by them and placed right in front of the window so we had no view of the outdoors. There was no room to walk in the room and the bathroom was completely unmanageable in size and arrangement. There was no lift and we were on the third floor. This would have been an acceptable room for one person....but definately not three adults! Read Less

The standard of the room and service was what I would expect for #36 in central London. I didn't enjoy a particularly great night's sleep - the central heating was turned up way too high and a dripping shower kept me awake most of the night! The location however, was ideal for Westminster. Read Less

The only good things are location and price.
The room was small in desperate need of re-painting with old worn carpet with a lot of stains on the floor. Only one towel was given every second day despite it was a double room, however the guy at the reception was friendly enough to give us extra ones as needed. No elevator and the stairs are quite narrow which can cause problems when you have a lot of luggage and get a room on the fourth floor, like we did. During the night it got cold in the room (it was in Jan.) as the window was not tight. There was a kettle for making tee but after taking a look inside it I could not think of using it. Far from hygienic. Read Less

Very good room for the money, clean and warm. Bed's not the most comfortable and no electric shaver point, but brilliant location.
