Some noise from outside as windows not double glazed. We were on 10th floor and I hate to think what it was like lower down. Must have been bad on opposite side of hotel where underground trains were going by all the time. << Click here to read less

The pillows were very, very hard.
However the buffet breakfast was excellent.
We had to wait a long time in queues at reception. On one occasion, there was only ONE receptionist on duty and 6 people in the queue. << Click here to read less

Ordered room service, the ham in the ham sandwich was poor quality for the price, they had run out of ham and pineapple pizzas, the pepperoni pizza was very greas, we didn't eat it.

We found the hotel in a great location, the rooms where very clean and tidy and the hotel overall, the staff were great, always there when you need them. With regards to Safety: the extractor in the bathroom was not functioning and there is no emergency installation in the bathroom.

breakfast was like a cattle market - long queues, tables on top of one another.
Breakfast food was "plastic", ham that was of the very cheap reconstituted type and cheese in plastic wrapping.
Service in the pan asian restaurant was so bad that we walked out.
rubbish was left in the corridors.
light bulb not replaced after we reported it broken.
Prices of telephone call via the switchboard was quite astronomical.
room was not cleaned properly - crockery left unwashed.
Smoking is allowed in the bar which is the only place to get a cup of coffee after 7 p.m.
For a four star hotel there ought tob e biscuits on the room cofffee tray and the availibility of newspapers ( I think I spotted one on the second day!) was non existent and no service to the rooms!
+ More - no space to comment!!
