Staff were very friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy and bigger that we expected, location excellent. Breakfast was very poor - cold cereal and toast - better variety would have been appreciated. Also, we were in the basement room - tube line directly underneath us - the trains passing every few minutes didn't bother us too much but the fact that we could hear every other guest going up and down the stairs and into and out of their rooms was a bit annoying. Staff did offer to transfer us to their other branch when we checked in as they try not to give that room to guests but we wanted the location. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Read Less

This hotel was really great! It is in a very convenient location, the room was huge, and the bathroom was very nice. The price was excellent. We actually stayed at a different hotel during the last few days of our trip and it was a nightmare. The location was great, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower was barely big enough to fit in (seriously). If you are contemplating on whether or not to stay here, I say do it! We stayed on the ground level in the room right next to the reception desk and it was beautiful. Hope this helps! Read Less

The hotel didn't have any water when we checked in but the staff was very helpful. We had booked a double room but was given room 24:a large room containing 1 double bed and 3 singles, there was hardly space to move about. The room was plain and cracks were all over the walls and ceilings. The breakfast room is tiny and can only accomodate 7 tables so guests had to wait for tables and the continental breakfast was disappointing considering it was in London I expected to see something more exciting than just cereal and toast! I had planned to take my husband out to London for his birthday and was so disappointed on the hotel that it ruined it for us. I would not recommend it to anyone! Read Less

Staff members were extremely helpful and courteous and the hotel provided excellent value for price. It should be noted that the Underground line is close enough to be heard as the trains pass underneath. While we didn't find it to be an annoyance, some guests might. We would definitely stay at this property again when in London. Read Less

I was really disappointed with the room. I had booked from your web page and the pictures shown did not bear any resemblance to the type of room that we were in.The second bed was a put you up and there were no personal touches in the room at all, it was more like a dormitory. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant enough. I would be put off booking through you again as my concern would be that your customers are booked into the cheapest rooms in the hotel and this is not made clear when I made the reservation. I have never stayed in such a small hotel room!
Also disappointed at the lack of a bath!
