1. We had two and half hours wait for getting our room finally.
First, they assigned a double room in spite of a twin room reservation.
Second, they assigned a room with double bed and additional bed on 4th floor in the another building which has no lift facilities.
After
Finally, they assigned a twin room after our strong complaint to the hotel manager.
2. House keeping
a. No additional supply of toilet paper without our request.
b. No cleaning of the room floor for 4 nights at least.
c. No cleaning of tea cups.
3. We booked with english breakfast. However,a waiter confirm as "continental" every morning (5 days).
4. They are charging us some amount (on the top of that, in japanese yen) through the card company in spite of our confirmtion of additionanl charge at check-out.
We have never had experience before such a poor managed hotel. Read Less |

When I arrived the receptionist make me fill the registration form and sign it. Once I finished I was informed that there was no room for me due to "technical problems in the rooms" and I was trnasfgerred to other Hotel in a taxi. In the new Hotel I was forced to fill and sign another registration form and I was sent to "the basment". A small (extremely small) room where I could hardly breath. I asked for a new room and I was informed that that was all they have. I asked for a complaint form and I was informed there was one in the room. I looked for it and since there was no form at all I got back to reception. there they offer me a blank sheet of paper to write what I wanted.
Obviously I was upset andt tired (1 am) and went to my room. Just remind you that if I cancel my reservation or change it I am forced to pay part or full price. It looks like if you (or the hotel cancel it in the last minute and send you to dungeon.... you only haver the option to shut up and comply.
I hope I wil lhave some explanation/compensation or I will never get back to that hotel and never will use this roomsnet service again. I am sorry, but price was not small to deserve this treatment. Read Less |

then we got told we was going to be moved, then they changed there mind again and suddenly found us two rabbit hautches of rooms!
i would not recommend this hotel or this web site to anyone as it is unreliable and the hotel is not up to standards! Read Less |

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I arrived with my party to check in and they had no rooms for us even though I had the confirmation. We were then offered alternative accomodation in Wembley!!!! I live in Ealing which is closer to Paddington (where I wanted to stay for a concert) than Wembley. They did eventually find us accomodation in Paddington but only after nearly 3 hours of negotiations. I am waiting for more details of our compentation from the hotel as we missed the concert. Guests beware, we were not alone whilst waiting for our alternative accomodation 6 other groups arrived and were told the same thing as us!!! WHAT A SCAM..... Read Less |

It was a step up but the only thing was the hotel was not able to accomodate a three person suite for us. The experience was great but it defeated the whole purpose of me looking for a 3 party room. Frankly, I was quite concerned because many of them were negative but my experience was a reasonable one. The room was very small but very clean. It was on the top floor and so I was able to open the window and keep the room airy on what was a reasonably warm night. The decor was somehwat tired but I expected it to be so, given the price of the room. The bathroom and shower facilities were again somewhat tired but were perfectly adequate and all the appliances worked. The only "service" which I experienced was that from the receptionist at reception which was adequate but, as seems very common in London hotels these days, the receptionist's mother tongue was very definitely not English which caused some minor problems. I have become a regular at Paddington Court Hotel. The rooms are very clean and excellent value for money. The breakfast is excellent, with very friendly staff. There tends to be a bit of a bottleneck on check-in, which can take 10-15 minutes. Surely the management can speed this up? Also, for pre-paid rooms check-out should be automatic and indeed it is, but they don't tell you that, so once again you have to queue up needlessly. Please advise customers that if they have not spent any extra they can simply hand in their key at the desk and leave. Read Less |

Only 1 tea bag, one sugar, one milk in room!! There were coffee sachets, but only one milk so could not have coffee if wished ...
