The hotel was in an ideal position with plenty of parking and both close to the Underground and overland stations (10 minutes to Kew Gardens, for example).
The staff were excellent, providing a friendly and efficient service. Several requests were made for specific help which were accommodated. Would recommend the hotel for anyone, wishing to stay in South London. Easy access to the M4 too. Read Less
