We found the hotel very good in most aspects. There is some refurbishment needed which I understand is to take place in the not too distant future. This is needed in some ares but I hope it does not raise the price beyond the reach of ordinary mortals! Read Less

Thank you FLR.com for a great deal!
As with all 4* London hotels this may seem expensive, but with a discounted price, you cannot beat The Berners for location and service.
I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions, and I cannot fault it or the staff.
Breakfast, be it continental or full English, is extensive and sustains you for hours.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The Club Rooms are excellent, having spent time in one, with air conditioning, so worth checking it you think you are visiting during very hot weather - which London has experienced recently.
Our standard room was supplied with a large, floor standing electric fan - which was used 24x7.
I will definitely be booking via FLR.com again for this hotel, the best deal I have found for several years.
Thanks!

I thought the hotel was excellent value considering its central location. The staff were helpful and polite, the breakfast (the only meal we had there) was very good too. The tilework in the shower/bathroom was a bit tired, but put it this way, I would use the hotel again! Read Less
