Unfortunately some members of the staff were not very serviceminded, actually on the edge to beeing rude. They offered a safetydeposit box which was fine, but every time we wanted access to it, we were met by sighs and tiredness from the staff.
They also didn't mind cleaning up our room, and when asking for new towels the staff were not happy. Too bad as the hotel itself was very nice and clean. Not all staff were the same, but at least two of them working in the reception were. Read Less |

you get more than you pay for. I had a single room, and payed 170 pounds for 3 nights. The room was very small, but it had all facilities listed online, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to people like me, who wants to spend as little as possible for sleeping and instead spend all their money on shopping ;) great location, very quiet, easy to find, 2 minute walk to nearest tube station, and 5 minutes walk to the more central tube line; the central line. Clean, quiet, great staff.

They gave a room on basement almost without windows, however at the webside they said that they have a nice green view. We changed our room, because I can't sleep any place like that. They gave us a very very little room, I haven't seen a liitle room like that in my life. They said in their webside, they have a good breakfast, I expect in England we can have English breakfast, at least a normal breakfast. They gave just bread, jam, butter and tea, I found it is a really poor breakfast. I found we paid so much for this unqualified hotel. I will never go back Read Less |

The stay in Bayswater inn was fine. The breakfast could have been better. Soft rolls and bad knives, with jam. Anything else you had to buy extra. We had a leak in our room from the bathroom above, but that was the guests fault, not the hotels. Open tap left running.
Before I left Norway I tried to change from a three bed room to a four bed room. We could pay the difference on arrival. I tried the hotel several times but the answer was the same: NO. "It was against company policy!"
I do believe that was because the room was booked through you, an agency.
To change fro a 3 to a 4, sholuld have been very easy. And I wish you have had the possibility to do it also, in a simple way, within your system. We shouldn`t have to send the money back and forth across the North Sea to do it.
In the end we booked a singel room i addition to the room with three beds. Read Less |

I found this to be a two-star rather than a three-star hotel, and consequently felt I overpaid (particularly considering the length of my stay).
There was no hot water two out of eight mornings.
When I checked in, they did not have a room for me, although they had found me one in a smaller nearby hotel. They did not offer to pay for a cab ride there, however, and I discovered the rate they paid for the room was less than the amount they subsequently billed me.
The front desk staff was polite but not especially friendly. The wait staff in the restaurant was pleasant, however.
