We had a pleasant stay, and would probably stay in the hotel again. Nevertheless the hotel needs to start renovating soon. Some spots start getting shabby, and unless something is done about it now the hotel has to face a big overhaul.
The location is very convenient, and there were no disturbances from traffic etc. And compared to other hotels in London the bathroom was gigantic. Read Less

Quiet, spacious rooms - a rarity in London! Friendly, helpful staff. Only criticisms are (1) dim lighting in rooms (could be rectified by hanging ceiling lights and larger table lamps) and (2) shop-worn carpeting that really should be replaced. Excellent quality for the price! Read Less

We met good service and a nice old red bricked hotel. The location is magnificent, just 50 m from Earls Court undeground station. The room needs a bit of renovation: the tile crimp in bathroom stair lacked some battening. The room is not suitable for handicapped, because there were two stairs in the bathroom and in the corridor as well several fire doors. Read Less
