The hotel bedroom and common areas, such as stairs, hallway etc are in need of redocoration. This was particularly so for the bathroom which needed to be totally renovated. The advertised internet facility did not work. The 'continental breakfast' was very poor. Read Less

When I arrived at the hotel I was given my key to my room.
I was under a tight pressure to be out for an appointment in the evening. I unpacked all my bags including my laptop etc.
I then went to get in the shower......there was a previously used bar of soap on the side of the bath that had 'pubic hair on'
I then got out of the shower got dried and proceeded to get dressed.
There was a shoe box next to the bed that had been left in the room along with a big brown paper bag that was from a branded sports shop that was on a shelf in the room.
I drank a bottle of water I had with me and went to put it into the bin and this also had rubbish in it!!!
I have to say that this is not acceptable for anyone to stay in this hotel....there was constant noise outside my room at the rear of the hotel as there is a building site with 10 metres of the hotel!
I mentioned this to reception and they offered to change my room after I had already cleaned it! I won't be using it ever agian!! Read Less

The hotel on the whole was situated in a very good area and close to all amenities however I would not have been comfortable staying in the hotel myself without my husband. The bathroom was very poor and the carpets and the walls in the room were dirty and marked. In saying all that I was expecting it to be bad so I was not disappointed. After all, what can you get in the centre of London for # 75.00 per night. Read Less

In any otehr location I would find the quality v. the price very poor but i understand this is a good deal in London. Service was good and the place was overall clean but somewhat run down. My one really negative comment is that the bed was quite appaling. Could feel the springs and was creaky and uncomfortable. COuld also have used an extra blanket. Would stay there again. Read Less
