This Hotel is by far, the WORST hotel I've ever been in. The rooms were very dirty, filthy actually. In my opinion the rooms weren't cleaned at all!
The carpet on the floor was filthy, every towel, yes EVERY towel had little spots on them. Brown, yellow, black spots it still gives me the creepes when I think about it.
Please people, for your own good, do NOT book this hotel if I needed to rate this hotel between 1 and 10 I would give it a 0. More >> |

It is a refurbished hotel in the surroundings of Bayswater. The location is excellent, you have 2 tubestations just 10 min way. About the hotel I must say that some receptionist are not very friendly, but anyway my boyfriend and I hve had a pleasant stay. Be careful if you rent a car because there are few car parks (and very expensive), and if you want to park in the street read carefully the signs because sometimes only residents are allowed to park the car, and you can get a 60-pound fee. tv didnt work properly ,very poor quality picture, no remote as is common in london hotels . shower was a trickle as opposed to a shower . room was clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay. breakfast was ok but as previous stated , white bread only but the milk is not left out as reported previously . milk is in a cool machine . THe room smelt musky, the bathroom was damp and musky with mould growing on the shower curtain. The room was narrow and the bathroom was tiny. No fan, no fridge, no safe. The relation price/quality is very good. If I go other time to London I will go other time to this hotel.
Just a detail: you have to ask for a room with a new bath because there are some ones that have a very old bathroom. Another thing to point out: do not book a room on the floor O because the are not so good.
