The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the bed was too soft (I have a very bad back). Unfortunately, nothing could be done. (such as some type of bed board).	100%	08-May-2005

Nice, cozy and staff were very nice and friendly. The only thing is the lack of an elevator and when you're on the 4th floor with huge luggages to take up, it can be a bit of a problem. In a good location in Bayswater, accessible to the Kensington area. More >>	84%	06-Dec-2004
