The overall quality of the accomodation provided did not meet my expectations. On arrival the toilet seat was found to be broken, and was not repaired until the third day of the stay. Floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and cracked. The appearance of the room was shabby and the bathroom dirty. When the shower facality was used, the water would struggle to reach a temperature that could be described as luke warm.
On more than one occasion the room was not satisfactorily serviced, as coffee and milk sachets were not replenished.
On the final day of the stay, there was no hot water whatsoever, from the bathroom sink or bath taps. I did not expect to have to boil a kettle in order to have warm water in which to wash and shave.
When I made the recpetion staff aware of this and the other problems, they showed little or no interest and made no apology for this sub standard service. They just handed me a customer satisfaction form and sent me away. More >> |
