Absolutely wonderful and the concierge was great! At times guest did break the no smoking rules as London is so new to this law, and there were definitely people smoking in the halls, but the experience as a whole at the Mandeville is tremendous!

Only stayed at the hotel for one night but was very impressed. Would opt for a larger room than the standard double but for one night it wasn't a problem. The location of the hotel is first class, just a minutes walk from restaurants and bars and five minutes walk from Oxford Street. We had a drink in the hotel bar which was quite expensive but then again you are in London so have to expect it. I would definately stay at this hotel again. More >> |

My room wasn't available when I arrived at 14.15pm, the receptionist was quick to say that they had a deluxe room available now for an extra £25, which I felt we were put under pressure into accepting this, so I had to pay extra for the room. The hotel itself was very trendy and modern and the rooms were nice as well, I didn't really experience any of the hotel amenities, we did have the towels changed and the cover removed from the bed whilst we were out that evening and there was a chocolate left on the pillow. We had a continential breakfast as part of our stay. The service from the waiter/ess was efficient and there was plenty of room in the restaurant. Apart from paying extra the hotel was at a good standard and very close to Oxford Street which is great if you are going shopping! More >> |

Very friendly and pleasant staff in a fantastic location. Playful and fun decor - very "London" in style. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in London. Decent continental breakfast. My only real complaints are that the lighting in the room was poor - it was hard to see our clothes, read etc. - and the wardrobe was not very accessible, meaning that our room always felt untidy. All in all, though, I would recommend it. More >> |

Very happy with the hotel. The location was perfect with everything more or less within walking distance. Will definitely try to stay there on my next trip to London, and I would like to thank you for your help in reserving it.

Simon O'Brien. More >> |
