Excellent. Quick check-in. Tea/coffe making facilities and bottled water free in room. Large room and large bed. Bath in bathroom. Breakfast fine but would have been very expensive had we had to pay for it separately. Just across from Kensington Gardens, so autumn walk across to Albert Hall spectacular. Queensway tube is actually nearer than the website said. Would go back if Roomsnet could get the same price for me in the future. More >> |

The hotel was an excellent choice as it was very central to all destinations by being situated between two tube stations. I have to say the staff were fantastic but the cleanliness of the room was a lot to be desired considering it was a 4 star hotel. In my room (355) when pulling back the curtains there were cobwebs by the window. Also on my 2nd day the cleaners had been in to my room,i think they had cleaned the bath but had left unknown body hair in the bath, this i know was not mine as i have no body hair, not nice at all. We had a family break here for three nights. We booked two rooms for four people. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel. IT was very central and just beside the tube.
