We arrived about two hours prior to our normal check-in time but this was not a problem to the Hotel Staff they gave us a free upgrade to two King sized bedrooms instead of the standard we had booked.
This was as they only had one standard room available at that time, they could easily have asked us to wait until the normal 2pm check in time.
The breakfast was excellent and included in the rate we got from Roomsnet.com which was exceedingly good value especially for London.
I for one will certainly be using them again in the future. More >> |
