lt was in very good position for shops, theatres, restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite & breakfast was excellent. Will use this chain of hotels in the future. J Stoll 84% 30-Jan-2007

The hotel from the outside looked amazing, once inside the reception area was also very good, once in the room, it was a nightmare, the room was the size of a shoe box, it had no air con, and in place of that it had a portable fan which did not comply with health and safety. The room was so hot at night that we had to keep the window open, but then we couldnt sleep because of obviuosly the London noise. Thats not the hotels fault about the noise, but if the room would have been properly organised we would not have needed to open the window. At this moment in time, i would not stay in one of your hotels again.

The size of the room was very small and the bathroom not very clean. When we tried to get a drink in the bar there was no lager of any description available and when we tried to go to breakfast (which was included in the price) we were unable to even get in the restaurant due to an enormous queue. The location is good but everything else was disappointing.

The hotel was excellent. In an ideal location. However I left a set of keys there, which took six phone calls and two weeks to have them returned. Apart from that 1st Class. ++++++ 88% 07-Sep-2006

The staff made every effort to help with any problems I had during my stay. I would definitely re-book at this hotel when I return to LondonRobert Field 100% 25-Aug-2006

Hotel is in desperate need of redecoration. Not sure how this hotel gets a 4* rating. 68% 19-Aug-2006

room a little smaller than expected! but great location and service. 92% 18-Aug-2006

Two things: One, broken elevator most of the time meant a long haul up to the fifth floor. Two, no air conditioning was stifling in the room at the top floor. I was largely unable to sleep due to the heat. A hotel at that price really should have air conditioning.

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Entrance lobby and lounge very nice but once you got into the hallways it was like an oven and the bedroom was not much better. It was unbelievably hot and incredibly noisy hence we got no sleep at all. We had to ask for the adjoining bedroom door to be locked as we were 2 girls on our own & did not feel safe with another occupants being able to walk into our room.
