| Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel - good central location to both Notting Hill and Bayswater. Continental breakfast was certainly more than adequate. Would definitely stay again. |

| The room was smallish but clean, well furnished and comfortable. The breakfast facilities were cramped due to renovation work but that should sort itself out in the future. Also the telephone and safe were out of order. |

Very friendly reception and so helpful. Lovely room and asking for more tea sachets was no trouble. Likewise in the morning I asked the new receptionist if I could possibly have a plaster for a blister on my toe - no trouble, and all done with a smile.
Hope to stay here again. More >> |

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Location is good, close to Bayswater underground. But breakfast was very poor and bathroom in our room (403) was extremly small. But in other 2 rooms (we were travelling with friends) it was OK. More >> |

I was very pleasently surprised by the cleanness of the room and bathroom. Both were nicely refurbished. Not spotted at all.Bed room with wooden floor, what I definitively prefer compared with fitted carpet. Continental breakfast - even with whole grain rolls.
This hotel is worth to recommend and gives good value for the money.

Being aware about English standards , we were impressed with the high standard of cleanliness tallying with our continental expectations; very nice and rich breakfast; the refurbished rooms are excellent, but even the other rooms are comfortable and nice. More >> |

The room was small but adequate. It was well designed and absolutely spotless, the beds were cosy, the towels fluffy. The continental breakfast was basic but good. If you are looking for somewhere to use as a base in that area, with no frills, it is perfect. Staff were pleasant. I will use this hotel again. More >> |

We stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed our stay. Rooms and facilities are basic, although this is reflected in the price. Continental breakfast was simple yet nice all the same.
I would recommend the New Linden Hotel to anyone looking to explore London on a budget. More >> |

To be honest, I've never been the sort of chap who needs marble toilets, artwork and spectacular views when booking a hotel. To me, a hotel is a place to get a good nights sleep, store your belongings and be in a prime location for your activities. New Linden provided all of this.
The hotel is in a great area, 5mins from Bayswater Tube Stop. The rooms are warm, clean and secure and breakfast was enjoyable. I'll be staying again. Thanks guys. More >> |
