The Hotel was the most convenient location I have ever stayed in, being just a few steps from the underground station. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good. Would stay here again. 92% 18-Jan-2008

The hotel was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Staff was always pleasant and efficient. Bailey's is a smaller hotel, in a converted townhouse, and is ideal for single travlers or families. 88% 13-Aug-2007

Situation next to the underground and bus services and many local restaurants. Very good jumping off place to the sites on London and the national rail services. Would recommend the hotel as we were very pleased. 88% 23-Jul-2007

we arrived just after 2 to be told our room wasn't ready - however after a quick coffee we were ready to go. The only problem was they gave us a twin room rather than a double room to begin with, however the staff were very helpful and friendly and quickly put this right. Had a great stay, good location - would definitely go again.

Hotel staff could not have been nicer. We felt well taken care of. The full English Breakfast was terrific. Across the street from the tube-so easy. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but we found everyone on the staff more than made up for this. The hotel even arranged for tickets to sold out events for us each night! We look forward to staying at Millennium Baileys in London again (hopefully very soon) Though I always book online, I'd not used Rooms net.com before and was a little nervous, (prepaying, etc) but it all worked out very well. The b'fast we'd paid for was not explained to the hotel, but it was quickly straightened out and we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks.

The hotel has a fantastic location - right in front of the Gloucester Road subway station. There are restaurants and groceries on a walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and we defintily recomend it . 96% 14-Aug-2006

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the location is really second to none. Service was friendly and personable. Two gripes: first the bed which was meanly equipped: my pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable and my room was freezing - my two thin blankets were inadequate and I spend a very chilly night. Dreamt of being back in boarding school.. this cannot be a coincidence. I went to the singaporean restaurant attached to the hotel. V disappointing. Very poor service and, as a single diner, was obviously not especially welcome. Food no better than my local takeaway but v expensive. Overall I would have felt ripped off if I had paid the full price but, having got a good deal, the location was so convenient that I would probably go back.

The Continental breakfast that was included in the price was very poor. For the price that we paid for a twin room, you have expected that breakfast would have been at least of a decent standard.I had to leave my car overnight and since it is only resident parking around the hotel,i had to park in it's car park.£30 was quite a heafty charge for an overnight stay as a guest.I shall not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
