The hotel is a clean hotel suitable for average traveller. The location is good. I would suggest that rooms with smalled toilet should only be occupied by 2 guests. I was booked in 2 rooms for triple occupancy, room 6 and 8. Room 6 was ok but room 8 is too small for triple occupancy. Then I changed from room 8 to room 1 which was good except that the tv was too high up for us to enjoy the program. The staffs at the reception were alright but I think, a little smile will brighten up the guest's day. In a service industry, one need to smile more especially to the guest.....there goes a saying..."Smile and the world will smile back at you!" I enjoyed my stay at Leisure Inn London. One more thing, the breakfast time should be extended to 10.30am. Thank you to all the management and staff of Leisur Inn London. I would recommend it to all. More >> |
