The hotel ist good located for trips. Tube-stations for 2 different main-lines nearby. The rooms were really very warm and small without space for luggage. Unfrendly staff. Breakfest-room was in the cellar. It made an impression as if it only were a youth hostel. Getting breakfast was a chaos: only 4 toasters for more than 50 people having breakfast at the same time. You can imagine was this means ... .

The hotel is located in a quite convenient location, not far from the Bayswater underground station, from which it's easy to access the key attractions in the city. The room is quite clean, particularly the bathroom, which looks quite new. But everything else seems to need a lot of improvement. The twin room is just too small. Breakfast is too simple. It'll be great to add more choices such as cold-cut meat. Wireless network is not accessible in the room. We expected better facilities for the price we paid. Two travellers from Hong Kong

For the price, the room was extremely small. One couldn't turn around in the room without bumping into something. The curtains were torn as was the bedspread on one of the twin beds. While in the bathroom, a light fixture fell out of the ceiling. Thank goodness we had a couple of nice days, otherwise I couldn't imagine being in a room like this without air conditioning. The lobby and sitting area were decent. The reception staff courteous. If all the rooms in the Kyriad are as small as this was, I would not recommend it.
