When in London which I do at least four times a year to attend trade shows at london Olxmpia I always try to stay at the K West. The rooms are first class as is the service provided. The hotel is not pretentious but has a certain relaxing style which make you feel very welcome and safe.
I will continue to book rooms there when rooms.net have them available.
I have been trying to book rooms for 6th to 9th September since March this year and no single rooms have become available. May i suggest you try to increase your room allocation to accommodate more bookings.

We turned up early to find that not only was our room ready, we were also being upgraded which we were very happy with.
The 'view' was of peoples feet and they walked past on the pavement outside but the room was fabulous and the whole service provided was friendly and professional so we just closed the curtains!
Food and drink excellent as well as very quick service when ordering robes/room service.
It was a lovely relaxing place to get away from the stresses of life for 24 hours. More >> |

| The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is bland with limited choice and the keys for the door seem to need re-programming every night which is irritating. |

This is the best hotel I stay at in London, please donot pass on this information to any more of your clients, as I find it difficult enough getting a room when I have to attend exhibitions at Olympia. Although I do encourage my friends to stay there when they have to come up to Town.
Great Servise; Great Rooms; Great staying there, check out the number of times I have stayed there in the last three years.

The room was described as a deluxe double but the toilitres were a bit on the sparse side and there were no added luxuries as standard. The most dissapointing thing was there was no CD player in the room which led to a lack of atmosphere when getting ready for a night on the town! More >> |

Abit overrated in our eyes, the restuarant food was overpriced and nothing very special... rooms were fairly basic but clean... and the mini-bar system would be great if the vending machines worked properly!
