The hotel while pretty old and in need of some modernisation, a bit noisy, in need of air conditioning,the toilets/showers were a throwback to the 70s( a flood warning needed !)the windows neede to be sound proofed due to street noise. Overall the hotel was clean ,cleaned daily,excellent buffet breakfast, and an excellent location(across from the south kensington tube).I would mark it 7 out of 10. Chris, Limerick l

The hotel was a very disappointing after viewing the photographs on the internet. The room was average and the bathroom very cold. There was no bar open at the hotel. We were told that the bar manager was on holiday. Perhaps this information should have been made available at the time of booking as this was my holiday and had I known I would have booked another hotel. The breakfast was very good. I would not return to this hotel.

Shower seem not all that new (broken bits in it), but very comfortable Hotel (we did get a superior room because they hadn't kept our bed preference. Not a lot of light in the room. Service was excellent. Everyone there was VERY helpful and nice.

Hotel is in and ideal area with very good access to bus and underground servives. With in easy walking distance of museums and Bromption Oritory Church. Two excellent english pubs nearby both serving good and reasonably priced meals until 10 pm. I would certainly make it my base while staying in London.
