Perfect location in the central London, very quick communication by the underground, friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. Downsides? Small rooms and no rooms overlooking an inner backyard. However if you only sleep there and use earplugs (in case you are sesitive to noise) you will have a very enjoyable stay there.

Being a frequent visitor that stays at the Paddington area hotels, this has got to be my worst ever experience staying in a basement room with a non-functioning TV and no telephone in the room; not to mention the unhelpful reception team. Disappointed at this choice.
