Ideally situated hotel for sightseeing and visiting the theatres. No need to use public transport everywhere accessible on foot. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the ensuite was very spacious with clean towels each day. Small rooms but they were clean. Could've used more light (lamps) though. Good location relative to Pimlico and Victoria Stations. If your room faces the street there is considerable street noise until around 8 PM.

As I do travel to London from time to time I would certainly use this hotel again. However, as someone living in a very quiet neighbourhood in the Midlands, I would make sure the room would be to the back of the building away from the noisy Belgrave Road.

The distance from the coach station was very misleading it was advertised at a 6min walk but took 30. The breakfast was poor quality and an alternative egg on toast was a disgraceful £4.00 on top of an already overpriced hotel.
