We had a room in the center of the hotel Opening the window was technically possible, but due to the airco place on the roof of the ground floor impossible. The breakfast market in the basement was massive. Definitly not the place to go for a romantic weekend. I expected more.

Nice modern hotel -- same art+tech design of old Le Meridien Minneapolis (now Graves 601 Hotel). Expensive internet access. Would definitely stay again. 80% 21-Nov-2006

The hotel was booked up with a large convention from Lloyds/TSB which did not make it a pleasant stay for us. It was too busy and we had to que for half an hour just to get a table at breakfast. 84% 11-May-2006

This Hotel is beautiful, the lobby is fantastic. The room was a little small but warm, huge lcd tv and had a lovely soft bed. The bathroom was very clean again a little small and The staff are very friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast,losts to choose from. The only problem we had was in the smoking rooms the ash trays are very tiny, they can only fit one cigarette in I stayed here for valentines day and i enjoyed my stay very much, I would definitely stay here again.

On returning to our room in the evening we found it to be freezing,maintenance person who came after 3/4 hour said it was not connected,how could someone be put into a room with no heating.not acceptable,were moved to another room where the heating failed after about 2 hours,we had to sleep with all the towles over our bed to get warm. did not even see a manager.The restaurant left a lot to be desired as regards food. Iasked for a medium rare sirloin steak got a very well done one which I could not eat.I asked for a little bit of whipped cream with my desert was no no it came with custard or pouring cream. As I work for the Irish Tourist Board I was totally shocked of the standard of a 4* hotel in London 4* but 2* quality. Meal was 264 Euro Hotel was 190 Eoro very expensive.the one good thing was one staff member Edison

This hotel is very good, but we had two problems, it was frezzing in the room, even though we had the heating on all night. Also at 4am their laundry service arrived with two big long trucks, they were loading and unloading trolleys of linen and laundry till 8am and kept us awake half the night. We complained on numerous occasions to the duty manager, but no action was taken! very very very poor service in that respect!

The modern design of hand basin leaves much to be desired. There is no where to put the soap and the handle on the plug pokes you in the eye and gets in the way if you want to throw water on your face. 84% 26-Jan-2006
