We wanted a hotel near to Earls Court for an exhibition this was an ideal choice with just a short walk tothe nearest tube station and plenty of taxis outside our hotel. This hotel proved perfectly adequate. I felt the standard of the food could have been slightly better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the room was good value for money, in a lovely part of London, with excellent facilities,I would never put the standard of the room as a 4*. It was very shabby and well-worn! The pillows were very, very hard. However the buffet breakfast was excellent. We had to wait a long time in queues at reception. On one occasion, there was only ONE receptionist on duty and 6 people in the queue.

Nice entrance foyer, concierge wasn't very well informed. Ordered room service, the ham in the ham sandwich was poor quality for the price, they had run out of ham and pineapple pizzas, the pepperoni pizza was very greas, we didn't eat it. Staff were friendlier than when I stayed at the neighbouring Kensington Close hotel last year.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the copthorne tara on a weekend trip to london, we enjoyed every minute of it!! We found the hotel in a great location, the rooms where very clean and tidy and the hotel overall, the staff were great, always there when you need them. We would deffinatly go back to this hotel, the only let down it has is theres no pool, but apart from that 10/10!!

Telephone charges are exorbitant and I noticed that the list in the hotel room is not extensive. With regards to Safety: the extractor in the bathroom was not functioning and there is no emergency installation in the bathroom. Otherwise the Hotel and Staff were excellent

Disappointing. Very impersonal. Poor breakfast. Good sized room but window didn't open so very dry air due to constant air-conditioning. Will not be returning to Copthorne Tara Hotel in the near future depite having to come to Olympia regularly for work commitments.
