We stayed one night, a Friday in September 08 having chosen it for being the cheapest within easy walking distance of theatres. Great location being at the heart of the action yet on a street that didn't have too much commotion going on to make you feel unsafe or disturb sleep. Efficient and polite staff. Clean and comfortable with usual hotel facilities eg Freeview TV, hairdryer, kettle etc but with self-catering facilities of microwave/grill, fridge, toaster etc. Would definitely, definitely recommend. | It is a good place for a longer stay in London as the room contains a kitchen. It was good value and great location. The only problem was the bed, it was a sofa bed which I didn't expect, creaky and not too comfortable. |

Excellent Location. Staff are very rude and of no help at all.Most of them, if not all need to go on a training course on how to deal with customers. It was a task for them to do ther job! We ordered a room for 4 and were givin one double bed....and a pull out bed... i joke not! Cleaning is only done once a week, including towels and costs £8 to get them washed...unreal! The bed linen was the worst...clearly not changed let alone cleaned very often! Best thing about the hotel is the location. Everything is on your doorstep and so I WOULD go back to this hotel for this main reason...i will bring extra towels and buy bed linen over there. One Bit of Advise.... AVOID THE STAFF AT ALL TIMES....IGNORANT, LAZY, RUDE, CARCASTIC etc...SUM THEM UP!! More >> |

The location was fantastic. The staff very helpful. We couldn't find a kettle so had to boil water in the microwave and there weren't any pillows but apart from that we were very pleased. It offers very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again. It is close to the river and a couple of minutes walk from Trafalgar Square. More >> |

Excellent location, everything we wanted within walking distance, including Oxford street! The price paid for one of these studio apartments through RoomsNet makes it good value, especially when you think this is Central London. Some refurbishment is needed, but the management is aware and has given details and timetable for some of the work. That said, it is really just cosmetic and certainly should not put anyone off of staying at this property. We will certainly stay here again when next visiting London. More >> |
