The room is very small. You can also have some difficulties with squeezing yourself into the bathroom. All of the equipment is very old and uncomfortable to use. The floor creaks and when people above you are walking - you can hear it very well! The location is good. The staff is exellent! Breakfast - delicious! Bad room with good location, exellent staff and breakfast! :))

The lobby/bar/dining room area look OK, but the upstairs is very run down. Room rather seedy and unattractive with very temperamental plumbing. My request for a quiet, cool room was ignored, but I was allowed to move to a quiet room at the back which was incredibly hot, even after I managed to turn off the radiator and open the window (both of which were difficult to achieve). The requested wake-up call did not happen (faulty equipment, I was told) but the kitchen staff were helpful in arranging an early breakfast. I recognised that by London standards the hotel is low cost, but I had hoped for far better (and have found it at this price).
