Hotel: Best Western Paddington Lodge London
1. We had two and half hours wait for getting our room finally.
First, they assigned a double room in spite of a twin room reservation.
Second, they assigned a room with double bed and additional bed on 4th floor in the another building which has no lift facilities.
After
Finally, they assigned a twin room after our strong complaint to the hotel manager.
2. House keeping
a. No additional supply of toilet paper without our request.
b. No cleaning of the room floor for 4 nights at least.
c. No cleaning of tea cups.
3. We booked with english breakfast. However,a waiter confirm as "continental" every morning (5 days).
4. They are charging us some amount (on the top of that, in japanese yen) through the card company in spite of our confirmtion of additionanl charge at check-out.
We have never had experience before such a poor managed hotel. More >> |
