The hotel was in an ideal position with plenty of parking and both close to the Underground and overland stations (10 minutes to Kew Gardens, for example). The staff were excellent, providing a friendly and efficient service. Several requests were made for specific help which were accommodated. Would recommend the hotel for anyone, wishing to stay in South London. Easy access to the M4 too.

Our room was adequate [we only stayed one night] and clean but small - quite cramped. The bed was very soft, not to our liking. However, the staff was good and we only paid £75! Friends who paid more had a much better room. I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than a night in the room we had . . .

I was given the most basic room in the hotel.Only a shower that ran either scalding hot or ice cold.Beds were worn and narrow.There was not even a chair to sit on.The room was up several flights of stairs and there was no elevator.All in all a big disappointment.
