I found the Bedford Hotel to be clean and well kept. The breakfast buffee is excellent. The hotel was much nicer than I expected considering the price.
If possible, try to get a room that faces the garden/swimmingpool rather than the street. More >> |

| This was an overnight stay for business purposes. The hotel did the job required well. Facilities, location and service were all well suited to the purpose. I would use the same again if the occasion arose. |

The room I stayed in was tiny as was the ensuite (you couldnt get to the sink without completely closing the door first!) There was a constant musty smell, and it was far too warm even with the windows open. The windows opened out above the garden area which when combined with the sound of the nearby roads, was very noisy.
As for the food...dont even get me started on that! Something as simple as a chicken and bacon salad became brown lettuce with dry reheated "chicken" and bacon you could clearly see was left over from breakfast! (no exaggeration here!)
