one of the receptionists should be fired. We had booked and paid for the hotel in advance. We came in the morning, were registered and left our luggage as the rooms was not available until the afternoon. We returned in the evening to find out that one of us had no room.She was moved to the hotel next door, just to find out that there was no room there either.After some time, she was moved to a third hotel glowwing with anger. The receptionists remark was, that she should be thankful to get a room and avoid sleeping on the street. Remember: She had booked and paid in advanced, was registered... My husband and I stayed one night in the Apollo Hotel on July 21 2007. The receptionnist was not kind ( he didn't say hello or even good bye when we left!)The bathroom and the fitted carped in our room were dirty. The breakfast was poor. I won't recommend this hotel except for his location. Nathalie and Fabrice (France).

Had to be moved 3 times. The first 2 rooms we were offered on the first floor the window had been smashed in the first room and both rooms you could not close the windows, the locks were broken. Both rooms were easily accessible from the outside as there was a balcony that went across the building and you could get into the rooms easily. Appalled they had given us rooms with no secure locks. The third time we were moved to the 3rd floor. No issus with that room

Hello It was very good staying with you, really good hotel. The negative points were about the noise of de doors and I would suggest the staff wear uniforms, they could be simple, and it would give more " face" to the hotel. I really like the breakfast. I want to be a guest at Apollo Hotel again. Many thanks Maria
