Overall the hotel was fairly good, the room was fairly stylish even if abit small, but i didn't spend an amazing amount of time in there. It was also a little dirty. The service in the hotel was excellent though, always happy to help. Location is good for the train as it is only 5 minutes walk from euston station which is the main reason i chose it. More >> |

Great if you just need a bed for the night within walking distance of the tube and a good breakfast in the morning (fantastic smoothies!). Small rooms but clean and functional with friendly, helpful service from all staff especially considering we had a baby and needed a travel cot which they provided FOC. More >> |

Excellent hotel. Room was small but that's London for you! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was expensive but then we did leave booking until the last minute. Good for business travellers as free wireless internet connection. Would stay there again. More >> |

| Hotel room was very funky and modern, although view was disappointing and room service menu was extortionately overpriced. I would use this hotel again, but would consider alternatives in that price bracket also. |

room very small, the washbasin not confortable at all when u have to wash your face and hands, a bit of dust in the room, the lift next to our room didnīt work and thank god we were in the first floor because it did not work either the second one the day we left. The waiters at the restaurant were not friendly at all, very serious, the buffet very limited,the wardrobe was super small...we would not go back for the price we paid...it was not at all a good choice, even though the hotel is being refurbished, not well designed at all.
The only good thing were the area and the tv in the room(very big one).

The hotel was being refurbished and I wasn't notified before coming. Lifts didn't work, food wasn't available etc because of this.
Rooms were spare and not very comfortable. The athmosphere of the hotel was decidedly not warm at all. I will not return! More >> |
