Plus points - cheap, attractive pools, nice public areas. Minus points - our room STANK of cigarette smoke, hot water ran out after one and a half showers - not much fun if there are three of you. The toilet flush had a tendancey to stick leaving constant running water. Rooms at front of the hotel backed on to a busy road therefore traffic noise was high if you opened a window. Needed repainting and upgrading and internals doors renewing. Shabby but DEFINATELY not chic. I would not return

Unfortunately for our family, we never got to Lanzarote due to fog before christmas. As you can imagine, especially with 4 children, this was a huge disappointment. The airline that we had booked with agreed to refund the flight costs but not the accommodation. When I contacted Rooms.net, I found them extremely helpful and efficient. I explained our situation and they asked us to confirm details in email and they would see what could be done. I am very happy to say that we got most of our accommodation costs back without any problem. I would be very happy from that point of view to recommend Rooms.net and Club Siroco to anyone wishing to book a holiday.

The service offered by the hotel was first class, the rooms could do with a bit of updating. On value for money the overall rating was first class and we would certainly book again to stop here. The walk to and from the main resort centre each night was enjoyable and there were many other centres with bars and restaurants to call in on the way or you could just walk along the sea front.
