This is a fairly good hotel experience when you compare it to the prices that they charge. However I will not be returning because the noise from the other rooms is quite unbearable.The hotel management do not have an active policy in place to reduce or act upon the regular noise pollution activities that regularly occur here. Yes the walls are not well insulated but the TV's in the bedrooms could have their maximum volume level preset to a much lower level than at present which would help greatly to reduce noise.There also needs to be signage on doors and in rooms to remind people to keep the noise down and not to loudly play music in their rooms and so on!!!! We've booked a room with sea view. The view was wonderful. On the other hand I have to mention that the hotel and room were very dirty. There was mould on the ceiling and cockroaches were running around in the room and in the hall on the first floor. I've never seen such a dirty hotel. I don't understand that this hotel can ask 125 to 192 euro per room in July and August. We've got a very good price now in september but even for the price we've paid, it is unacceptable. I wonder what would happen if health inspection would come to have a look.This hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible. On top of that the staff was not friendly and not helpful at all. Never again.... Read Less

I have stayed before in this hotel & think its good value $ only a short wakint Ibiza town. Read Less

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September. Rooms were clean with good size bathroom and nice shower. Some face into a central space as building is round. Worth asking to move to an external facing room. Very good value. The locations was excellent - right by the beach. Nice prom to walk along with a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Favourite was Home Loos - a tapas bar run by a really friendly Dutchman.
About fifteen minutes to walk into the middle of the old town of Ibiza - also close to bus stations so easy to visit the island. Read Less
