Room was clean on arrival, but was disappointed on the standard of cleaning during our stay, not sure that they were cleaned during our s.... click here to readmore >> Room was clean on arrival, but was disappointed on the standard of cleaning during our stay, not sure that they were cleaned during our stay, the only way we knew our room had been visited was the fact we had clean towels every other day, i personally am happy to sweep and mop floors myself... but utensils were not available to do this... kitchenette is very basic with 2 rings, and very minimal of cooking utensils. swimming pool and sunbathing facilities are pretty standard - pool could have been cleaner... is stated that is close to Yumbo centre but is a good 20 mins walk... of 5 min taxi ride costing no more than 2.50 euros. As for value for money i suppose that for what we paid it did what it said on the tin... if you are used to luxury accomodation then this is not the place for you. << click here to read less

In a whole Gran Canaria ( playa des Ingles) was a fantastic place, theres many things to do for family, couples and Groups but our hotel .... click here to readmore >> In a whole Gran Canaria ( playa des Ingles) was a fantastic place, theres many things to do for family, couples and Groups but our hotel was much more to be desired, The ant infestation was a disgrace and when we reported it we got handed a tin of bug spray, we went home covered in bites, as 4 the pool you couldnt get in it for the dead ants, The hotel staff couldnt have been more inconvenianced by our stay, we had a member of staff tell us 1 of there residants complained about our noise when we were coming in from a nite out as they had work in the morning..the qustion there is why would u stay in a holiday resort if you know tourists were going to be there partying n letting there hair down, our stay in this hotel dampened the mood of our holiday and would not recomend it. << click here to read less
