An excellent hotel, we stayed here for 4 nights in May, a good location about 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the Alhambra a bit further, and good access to the old moorish district, the Albaicin. Good sized room overlooking the plaza, staff very friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Our stay in Granada was not great.Mainly due to this Hotel. We booked a night time viewing of tht Alhambra (which i would not recomend due to extremly poor lighting and only a small percentage being open to view, a waist of money. During breakfast my partners purse and a few of our belongings were taken ,(including several credit cards),luckily because we relised soon after they were taken all cards were cancelled and no money was taken from the accounts. The Hotel were not concerned and just dismised it saying"it could not happen" giving very little help and would not telephone the policie for me despite myself and an another couple insisting they did.There is a major security issue here. Hotel had a poor knowledge of local sites and information.

Lovely hotel good situation convieniant for public services friendly staff very helpfull very good breakfast lots of variety exellent service from waiter would go there again cool and relaxing after a day of sightseeing comfortable bed but did not like the pillows what more can i say other than to recomend this hotel.
