We found the hotel ideally situated for getting to all the main tourist sites in Granada. The staff were courteous and helpful. responding quickly to minor niggles we had (a plumbing problem with our toilet). The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food on offer. The 3 course lunchtime buffet represented excellent value too. On our early morning departure as we left a substantial picnic breakfast was ready for us at reception and a taxi hailed very promptly. Whilst there were plenty of bars in the immediate vicinity we found it a little strange that the hotel itself had no bar. More >> |

The hotel was right in the middle of the city with many tapas bars along the narrow street right outside the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The city is vibrant and you feel extremely safe with lots of shops to suit everyone. We arranged a trip to the Alambre Palace, including a tour guide, through the hotel, which was well worth it. Breakfast was adequate and good. A good 3* hotel. More >> |

Excellent position for walking around city centre and accessing public transport. Front of hotel is on pedestrianised street with lots of tapas bars. English speaking reception a lot of the time. Room was large with en suite that included a full sized bath. More >> |

| The only slight critique was that the room was very small, but clean. Excellent location - very central. |

The location is excellent, the staff were very friendly & effecient. We would have liked a larger room but think that this was reflected in the price we paid. if we were to return to Granada we would look at staying at the Navas again. More >> |
