The location of this hotel is excellent. However, we booked a family room, but the room provided was not a family room. It was just a double room with an extra bed added which made the room a little bit cramped, which was a little disappointing

We reported on our second day that our bedside light was broken and that the plugs in both the sink and bath did not work, as well as the shower attachment not working properly. Nothing was done, although the friendly receptionist said a technician would be called. We put in another call and the light was fixed but by the end of our stay (4 days) the problems with the bath and sink plugs had not been resolved. We felt this was not very good service.

The hotel is in an excellent position for the Alhambra and is a 15 minute walk downhill to the city -with buses every 5 minutes up and down if necessary. It is a quiet well run hotel with very good food for the price and very helpful staff. Highly recommended for a winter holiday.

For a visit to the Alhambra-the reason we went -the location is superb,just 50 meters from the entrance-could not be better My only criticisms were that the beds were very hard and the air-con was not particularly efficient Generally good value for the money

We arrived late evening and the restaurant had just closed. Very limited food options. However staff very helpful. Rooms were small but clean. The location for visiting the Alhambra is excellent, being just a few minutes walk from the entrance. If you have a car you can park in the Alhambra car parks overnight.
