A pleasant, quiet hotel in an excellent location. Rather poor on facilities: no leaflets about the city in its spacious lobby; no newspapers other than Spanish, despite an international clientele. Most staff appear to have missed out on the charm school course.

Excellent Location in the heart of the centre of Granada with everything in immediate walking distance - all the sights, restaurants, tapas bars and shops. You could not ask for more with regards to location. The airport bus dropped us off only 50 yards away. Also, only a 35-40 minute very simple drive to the skiing of Sierra Nevada. The rooms were large and clean with a larger than normal full bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent with regards to quality and quantity. The only negatives are the lack of facilities and the cost of parking but having known about these beforehand it was not a problem and not something that bothered us. We have travelled extensively and this hotel more than did the job - we would defintely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
