A wonderfull hotel within easy reach of the centre of Granada.Friendly,helpfull staff very impressed.Would definatly stay again

Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but defintely not up to standard. Furniture old and broken, previous occupants were obviously smokers, which left the room smelling a bit. Rooms were cleaned but maid forgot to replace fresh towels, toilet paper etc. Staff were great, very polite and helpful. << click here to read less

Also: the hotel is NOT in the old town, it is on the outskirts and quite a long walk everytime you want the centre/the other side of Granada However, breakfast buffet was brilliant and room small but clean, bathroom facilities good. In the case of the Hotel Gran Luna de Granada, parking was in an underground public garage and the price was EUR11 per 24-hour stay. While this is not expensive, I do think the information should be available for clients before booking. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty much as could have been expected. << click here to read less

In fact, the room was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed my stay.
