4 of us stayed in 2 rooms. One was ready for us on arrival (12 midday)and the other was ready in an hour.Staff attentive and friendly, and able to speak English.Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were modern&well equipped. Our bags were portered to our rooms for us. Breakfasts were very good-lots of choice and plenty of everything. The hotel was in a good position, within walking distance of everywhere in Granada. We would recommend the hotel.

Rooms very small but very clean, staff not very helpful. Situated by shops but quite a walk up hill to bars etc, although a couple of nice tapas bars 2 minutes walk away.

The location of the Hotel Los Angeles is great, as is the good sized swimming pool. Our room was fine - good views and a balcony - although there was no fridge which would have been helpful. With the exception of the cleaning staff, however, (who were really friendly and curteous) I thought the reception and waiting staff at this hotel completely let it down. The main reception staff were simply incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful from the outset - my advice, do not work in a international public service/relations capacity if you hate people. As for the breakfast waiting staff - I was asked up to three times a day what my room number was at the breakfast table. In fact, on the 7th day of staying at the hotel, I was approached three times and even asked to write my room number down on a piece of paper. I understand that people from the street could potentially walk in and help themselves to the buffet breakfast - but I do think that if you are served by the same group of people for seven days in a row, they should know your face. I noted that no one else - including my partner who I was staying with at the hotel, was asked for their room number while I was in the breakfast hall. This made me feel as though I was being targetted for some reason (why? I have no idea) and again, I would suggest that it is not great customer relations to make people feel like this. Were it not for the people-hating staff, the hotel Los Angeles would be a decent place to stay.
