It could be reached in 10 minutes by train and guests can leave by boat from the jetty which is within easy walking distance of the hotel. The harbour and a sandy beach are found opposite the hotel. Other places to visit include Lerici (Picturesque Resort) - 9 Kilometres away and Portovenere (Medieval Seaside Village) - 16 Kilometres away. Guests can engage in recreational activities such as swimming, snorkeling, rowing or canoing, scuba diving, fishing and boat launch all found nearby the hotel.

Inside The Hotel...

The Jolly Hotel -La Spezia is a modern high rise building overlooking the harbour with a panoramic view of the Gulf Of Poets. The hotel is a sea-front property with a medium sized lobby with modern furnishings that mix well with the white-washed walls and light wood paneling to be found throughout. The wooden reception desk is at the left side of the hotel entrance and in front of the desk there is a large mirrored column and the sitting area composed by dark sofas and easy-chairs and wooden coffee tables.

'La Matte` the hotel`s restaurant, serves classic Italian cuisine and seafood specialities in a cream and purple dining room with sea views where vegetarian and children`s menus are also available. A continental breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. and during summer, there is the possibility of having breakfast on the splendid terrace of the hotel and after a tiring day enjoy a drink at the piano bar with an outdoor terrace. Room service is also available. After a busy day sightseeing, guests can relax in the hot tub.

A fully equipped conference room which can hold up to 250 persons is available. Other facilities include internet access - in public areas (fee), multilingual staff, laundry, elevators and valet parking.

The hotel has a total of 110 rooms which are medium sized, comfortable and furnished in modern styles to give a feeling of being home whilst away from home. The bedroom is divided by a sliding door to separate the small living room composed by small sitting area and the bedroom.
