Good value 3 star hotel about 8 minutes walk from the station. All staff were very happy to help, very friendly and approachable. I had a single room which was small but maybe I should have paid to have a double.
The hotel was reasonably central and as I travelled on my own I needed to feel safe, this I did. Breakfasts were more than acceptable with 3 cereals, fruit juices and yoghurts. The central table had cold meat and cheese, croissants, fresh rolls and a variety of packeted breads and cakes. My only complaint was that the small portions of butter had been flavoured by something with garlic in it and the flavour was so strong it ruined the lovely fresh bread rolls. Great coffee and a bowl of fruit set me up for the morning if not the day.
Looking forward to going back. More >> |
