Whom should I contact for any queries with regard to my reservation?
For any reservation queries you should contact our Accommodation Provider and
the hotel directly, as rooms are sold from the Accommodation Provider's allocation; and the hotel will have your record close to the day of arrival.
Contact details of our Accommodation Providers are listed on the email confirmation you receive at the time you make your booking.
Are the prices quoted per person or per room?
The prices shown are always per room and not per person.
However, when you check rates, we display the Total Amount (with an indication of whether Tax is included or not).
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Within a few seconds of clicking the
button, your hotel reservation will be confirmed and an online confirmation will be generated with a booking reference number, which can be printed. You will also receive an email confirming your booking.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, please inform us via email (the email address is specified on the Final Confirmation Screen) and we will ensure the delivery of your confirmation email.
Is it safe to give out my credit card details?

Do I need to phone the hotel and confirm my reservation?
You do not have to phone the hotel to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed at the time you make the booking and the printout of the confirmation email is sufficient proof of your reservation with the hotel. Any correspondence with regard to your reservation should be carried out with RoomsNet.com.
